The Director, Office of Administration (OA), has asked the
Academy's Center for Human Resources Management to work with
OA's Human Resources Management Division to redesign the Individual
Performance Management System for its employees by March 31,
2003. The redesign will include developing appropriate policies
and processes for setting performance objectives and for evaluating
performance against those objectives, providing guidance for
initiating and granting performance-related awards and developing
and delivering manager/supervisor/employee training on the
new system.
