Jonathan Garcia

Research Associate

Jonathan joins the Academy as a Research Associate but is not new to the Academy because he was a University of Maryland capstone member in the fall semester of 2019. Jonathan's team proposed a functional framework for the Agile Government center.

He recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, and a Law and Society minor.

After completing his capstone project, Jonathan worked as a Research Intern for the Federal Trade Commission. In this role, he monitored state and federal policy developments, conducted market research, and assisted with fellow FTC interns' onboarding.
