Mr. Roth has 36 years of program review experience in the Federal Government. Mr. Roth served in several senior positions in an Intelligence Community agency Inspector General. He had responsibility for reviews of numerous large, complex programs/operations and was able to achieve improved program efficiency and effectiveness on each. Mr. Roth has briefed senior members of Congress and testified before Congressional Committees. Mr. Roth holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Administration from Central Michigan University.
