Kyle has provided research support for more than ten Academy studies, including work for the Department of Energy, National Park Service, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Kyle’s focus areas include strategic planning, change management, research and development, and environmental policy. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a Master’s in Public Administration. Kyle’s graduate program also included client-based projects with local governments and programs. He attended the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies.
