Ms. Yang is a Senior Research Analyst at the Academy. Since joining the Academy in 2009, she has worked on projects with a range of federal and state agencies, including the Office of Personnel Management, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the State Chamber of Oklahoma, and the Bureau of Transportation Statistics. Before joining the Academy, Ms. Yang was the research intern at the Foundation Environmental Security and Sustainability. She has also worked as an intern at the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars and a research assistant at George Mason University (GMU). Ms. Yang graduated from GMU with a Master’s in Public Administration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Renmin University of China.
