Dr. Norma M. Riccucci is a Board of Governors Distinguished Professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University–Newark. She is the author of numerous publications and books in the area of public management, with specific interests in social equity policies and representative bureaucracy. She has received a number of national and international awards including the Public Management Research Association’s H. George Frederickson Award and the International Research Society for Public Management’s (IRSPM) Routledge Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2022 she was awarded the Doctor Honoris Causa from IDHEAP, the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
