WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Academy of Public Administration, in partnership with Management Concepts, will host an October 22nd event on how government leaders can ensure that their agencies have the public service workforce necessary to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
The event, “Talent Management Approaches for the Workforce of the Future,” will focus on the human capital issues identified in the Academy’s “No Time to Wait: Building a Public Service for the 21st Century” series of reports, and will feature key government leaders as they talk about what their agencies have done and plan to do to modernize workforce management practices, including successful practices for recruiting and retaining talented employees.
