MEDIA ADVISORY National Academy of Public Administration To Host Panel on First Anniversary of President’s Management Agenda Event Will Feature Senior Administration Officials, Release of NAPA Book

WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration will host an event on the first anniversary of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), featuring a panel discussion of PMA with senior Administration officials and the release of a new Academy book, Perspectives on the President’s Management Agenda.

The first panel will include Margaret Weichert, Deputy Director for Management at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Acting Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM); Emily Murphy, Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA); and Suzette Kent, Federal Chief Information Officer at OMB.

The second panel will include Scott Cameron, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, Management and Budget at the U.S. Department of the Interior; Anil Cheriyan, Director of Technology Transformation Services and Deputy Commissioner of Federal Acquisition Service at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA); and Barry Berkowitz, Chief Acquisition Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
