WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration today released a new white paper, Governing Across The Divide: Four Best Practices for Intergovernmental Leaders, which outlines the discussions and resulting insights of the Academy’s four-part Governing Across The Divide series, held this fall at universities across the country.
