The trendline for cyber-attacks, both in frequency and complexity, is increasing at an alarming rate. Leaders must recognize their unique role in preparing their organizations to understand the threat from and the evolving nature of cyber-attacks. Creating readiness to respond to cybersecurity threats must start at the top; but few leaders are prepared to address this challenge.
