The National Academy of Public Administration ( the Academy) Standing Panel on Social Equity in Governance has sponsored a conference on social equity for 22 years. This year the Academy's Standing Panel on Social Equity in Governance is partnering with the University of Kansas and the Mid-America Regional Council to hold the Social Equity Leadership Conference (SELC) in the heartland: Kansas City, MO, a region that has a long history of both perpetuating inequities as well as overcoming them through coalition building, deliberative and inclusive practices, and persistent commitment to action.
There are plenty of opportunities to support the SELC at various levels! Click the button below to learn more,

We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed connecting with each of you during our time together.
In addition, you probably noticed the Journal of Social Equity and Public Administration’s presence at the SELC conference. Whether you caught their editorial panel or just noticed the JSEPA logo on your lanyard, we’re certain this won’t be the last time you hear about JSEPA. We encourage you to join the JSEPA mailing list to stay abreast of each issue and development with the journal.
