The Academy is hosting a virtual session with McKinsey & Company on December 11th from 1:30 to 3:00 PM ET to discuss ways to strengthen agencies’ organizational health and achieve results for the American people.
This session will provide employees of federal agencies with insights from the Academy’s recent report, Ensuring Excellence: A Guide for Cultivating Healthy, High-Performing Agencies, as well as McKinsey's Organizational Health Index (OHI) and their recent experiences tracking and providing guidance to government entities to improve their organizational health. The session will provide participants with the opportunity to learn from these findings and engage with experts and peers on how to strengthen your agency's health and drive high performance.
