Currently, governments face unprecedented demands to increase efficiency through transformational digital technologies like artificial intelligence while maintaining or modernizing legacy infrastructure and applications. Many IT systems are built upon a patchwork that evolved from many different past technologies and strategies. In January, the IBM Center for the Business of Government published Digital Modernization for Government – An Implementation Framework. The report also contributes new research on agile government, adding to the content accessible to government leaders and stakeholders through the Agile Government Center (led by the National Academy of Public Administration in collaboration with the IBM Center). Join us for an interactive presentation and discussion.
