WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Academy of Public Administration will host a January 24th discussion of “Managing Sustained Performance Improvements in Federal Agencies,” featuring two innovative government leaders, Patrick Pizzella, Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor, and Dr. Paul Lawrence, Undersecretary for Veterans Benefits at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, , who will describe and discuss their vision, strategies, and proven success in driving sustained performance improvement at their respective agencies.
