WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Academy of Public Administration (the Academy) announced that Academy President and CEO Dan G. Blair and Academy Fellow and former Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management Linda Springer will be honored for their contributions to the Blinded American Veterans Foundation. Blair and Springer will receive the Foundation’s George W. Alexander Memorial Volunteer Award at BAVF’s annual Congressional Awards ceremony, held today on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
