Media Advisory: Michael Porter and Katherine Gehl to Speak at NAPA Fall Meeting; Media Availability Following Remarks

WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration today announced that Katherine M. Gehl and Michael E. Porter will deliver the James E. Webb Lecture at the Academy Fall Meeting on November 17, and will be available for media questions following their remarks.
Ms. Gehl, a business leader, former CEO and advocate of political system reform, and Dr. Porter, the Bishop William Lawrence University Professor at Harvard Business School, co-authored a September 2017 report published by Harvard Business School titled, Why Competition in the Politics Industry is Failing America: A Strategy for Reinvigorating Our Democracy.
