The next session of the Working Forward Forum is scheduled for 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday, August 19th. The session will feature a panel discussion on the challenges of recruiting and retaining talent from “Generation Z” into careers in government and industry. Panel participants will include Tom Ross, President of the Volcker Alliance; Andrea Hough, Vice President for Talent Acquisition and Mobility at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT); and Kaitlyn Rentala, a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania.
