Working Forward Forum

The next session of the Working Forward Forum is scheduled for 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday, August 19th. The session will feature a panel discussion on the challenges of recruiting and retaining talent from “Generation Z” into careers in government and industry. Panel participants will include Tom Ross, President of the Volcker Alliance; Andrea Hough, Vice President for Talent Acquisition and Mobility at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT); and Kaitlyn Rentala, a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania. The panel will be moderated by Bob Tobias, Distinguished Practitioner in Residence, Key Executive Leadership Programs, American University. The panel’s topic has been inspired by Kaitlyn’s article published recently in Government Executive. See links below for context:
