As a next step in the Panel’s learning from comparative governance series, which Academy Fellow Evan Berman is taking a lead on, the Panel engaged colleagues from Asia, Africa, Australasia, EU, South America and the US to focus on a framework for learning from the ongoing evolution of national planning.
