The Context, Nature, and Structure of Public Administration Organizational Theory and Behavior

This past June, I kicked off a discussion about the increasing adoption of lean-agile business practices in the federal government. In particular, the GSA has done some very forward-thinking things with agile principles to achieve digital transformation goals in the agency. GSA’s success was a highlight of a recent update by the Technology Modernization Fund (TMF), a federal investment program to enable agencies to improve stakeholder services while also securing sensitive systems and data.
