Our #NoTimeToWait report was cited in the President's budget proposal today, and called a "clarion call to civil service reform."

The budget specifically said, "'No Time to Wait,' a clarion call to civil service reform, was issued last year by the National Academy of Public Administration. That report questioned whether a “onesize fits all” Federal personnel system is necessary or even effective."
