Cyntethia Brown

Cyntethia Brown joined the National Academy of Public Administration in July 2017. She provides executive-level support to the President and CEO and serves as a key liaison to Academy Fellows and external partners.

As Manager of Administration, she coordinates special projects, supports executive-level events, and assists with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.

Prior to joining the Academy, Cyntethia spent 12 years at Discovery Communications supporting senior corporate executives, bringing more than 20 years of experience in executive administration and organizational operations.
