Under Title 6 of the Reauthorization Act: Modernizing the National Airspace System (NAS)

SEC. 603. NEXTGEN ACCOUNTABILITY REVIEW.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than December 31, 2026, the Administrator shall seek to enter into an agreement with the National Academy of Public Administration to initiate a review to assess the performance of the FAA in delivering and implementing quantifiable operational benefits to the national airspace system within the NextGen program.

Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Title 5, Appendix 2, § 15, NAPA is required to provide public notice of the names and brief biographies of appointed study Panel members and provide a reasonable opportunity for the public to comment on such appointments.
