Biography

Professor at the University of San Francisco, with a joint faculty appointment in both the School of Nursing and Health Professions and the School of Management, and co-Director of the MPH program and Academic Director of the MA in Public Leadership. He is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Public Leadership. He was a Fulbright Specialist Program Fellow for Istanbul Aydin University, Turkey and visiting researcher at Oxford University. For over 20 years, he has designed and delivered leadership programs international, nationally and for state governments across a range of government and nonprofit organizations. He is a Principal in the Consulting firm, TAP International.
