Diane Irving

Diane Irving is the Senior Director for Administration, overseeing Human Resources, finance, information technology, facilities, and administrative operations. She provides strategic leadership for talent management, performance management, employee development, and operational policies and procedures, while guiding day-to-day support functions to promote efficient and effective Academy operations. Diane joined the Academy in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources.

 Prior to joining the Academy, Diane held senior Human Resources roles for several non-profit organizations that are global leaders in energy and scientific research. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College, and a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, IN. Diane is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
