WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Academy of Public Administration will hold its annual Fall Meeting on November 7-8, unveiling the Academy’s list of “Grand Challenges in Public Administration” after a year-long, interdisciplinary, intersectoral effort to identify these challenges and position the Academy to lead future efforts to address them.
“We are looking forward to an especially important Fall Meeting this year,” said Terry Gerton, Academy President, CEO and Fellow. “A year ago we launched an effort to identify the most critical issues facing our government in the decades to come. This year we will unveil our list of priorities – the Grand Challenges in Public Administration – and immediately dive into the exciting process of how to transform and modernize government at all levels, so it is best positioned to meet what lies ahead.
