WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration and the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy will hold a one-day forum in Sacramento, California on August 29th to examine the challenges facing state governments, particularly in the areas of environmental and healthcare policy, as well as the changing role of states in the U.S. intergovernmental system.
