National Academy of Public Administration and Senior Executives Association Sign Memorandum of Understanding

WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration and the Senior Executives Association (SEA) today announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together on projects to achieve the organizations’ shared goals of effective and efficient government, modern management practices within the federal government, and strong public confidence in career civil servants’ ability to carry out their mission
