WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration today hosted an event in recognition of the first anniversary of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), featuring three panel discussions on PMA with senior Administration officials, agency officials and industry experts, and the release of a new Academy book, Perspectives on the President’s Management Agenda.
“We were pleased to host such an esteemed group of government officials and industry experts as we examine the President’s Management Agenda on its first anniversary,” said Teresa Gerton, the President and CEO of the National Academy of Public Administration. “Today’s in-depth discussion of the PMA – its implementation progress and shortfalls, and ways to increase the likelihood of its long-term success – as well as Academy perspectives from those who have experienced previous PMAs, should provide invaluable insights to the Administration as the PMA enters its second year.”
