WASHINGTON, DC – The National Academy of Public Administration, The University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ School of Public Affairs and Texas State University’s William P. Hobby Center for Public Service will hold a one-day forum in Austin, Texas on September 29th to examine the changing role of local governments in the U.S. intergovernmental system, with a focus on the most promising innovations in local government service delivery.
