Critical Conversations is a series of dynamic panel discussions designed to explore how Presidential Administration policy decisions shape and influence the field of public administration. By examining the intersection of political leadership and administrative practice, the series aims to elevate timely insights, surface emerging challenges, and encourage thoughtful, informed dialogue. Critical Conversations serve as a forum for honest discussion, deeper understanding, and the exchange of ideas that strengthen the foundations of effective governance.

The second in this series: The Future of Public Health, will feature:

  • Executive Director, American Public Health Association Georges Benjamin
  • Former Deputy Director, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Anne Schuchat
  • Vice Dean for Public Health Practice and Community Engagement, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Joshua Sharfstein

This hybrid event will include an hour panel discussion followed by a half hour of in-person networking.
