The Africa Working Group of NAPA's International Standing Panel will host the Public Management Track participants of the 2018 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, currently studying at Howard University, for a reception at the Academy’s Washington D.C. offices on July 13, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. (EST).
