Ms. Connor joined the Academy in 2018 as a Research Analyst and has served on several Academy studies, including work for the Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General, and the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. She currently serves on the National Park Service Land Acquisition Program Assessment.

Prior to joining the Academy, she served as a Public Policy and Government Relations Intern with the American Association of University Women and as an intern on the U.S. Senate Committee on the Budget. Ms. Connor taught high school social studies for several years before graduating from Georgetown University with a Master’s in Public Policy. Ms. Connor also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a Master’s in Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
