Diane joins the Academy as the Director of Human Resources. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, HRIS, Benefits Administration, Compensation, and Organizational Needs Assessment. Diane will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources for the Academy. Prior to joining the Academy, she was the Senior Director of Human Resources at the American Wind Energy Association in Washington, D.C. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College and a B.S. in Business Management and Administration from the Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis, IN. Diane is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
