The Arthur S. Flemming Awards honor outstanding federal employees. The winners are selected from all areas of the federal service and are recognized by high-achieving private sector organizations and federal agency heads up to and including the president of the United States.
The Flemming Awards are a joint presentation of the National Academy of Public Administration and The George Washington University's Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration.
