Technology Policy and the NAPA Grand Challenges

Technologies are rapidly advancing in many of the areas that NAPA has identified as grand challenges. As these technologies advance, however, they do of course create new policy challenges of their own. Policy makers need to understand emerging technologies and the regulatory challenges they bring with them. This expert panel will look at four of the challenges from the policy viewpoint: Protection of Election Integrity, Advancing the National Interest in a changing global context, Ensuring data security and privacy rights, and Making government AI ready.
