A problem solver and team builder with a deep understanding of government, education, crisis and emergency management, and public policy—from healthcare to energy and telecommunications—successfully developing and implementing public policy. Have been part of teams leading complex health and safety emergencies from COVID, Ebola, and Legionnaire’s to major weather events. As a higher education administrator kept the largest comprehensive system in the nation open to in-person instruction during COVID as well as implemented innovations to better meet workforce demand, especially for individuals from underserved communities.
