Professor at the University of San Francisco, with a joint faculty appointment in both the School of Nursing and Health Professions and the School of Management, and co-Director of the MPH program and Academic Director of the MA in Public Leadership. He is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Public Leadership. He was a Fulbright Specialist Program Fellow for Istanbul Aydin University, Turkey and visiting researcher at Oxford University.
