Laura Stanton has held several key positions within the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration. Since 2020, she has been serving as the Assistant Commissioner for the IT Category. Prior to this role, from 2018 to 2020, she was the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Category Management. Between 2016 and 2018, Laura was the Assistant Commissioner for Strategy Management. Her career at the Federal Acquisition Service also includes various director roles from 2009 to 2016. Laura began her tenure at the General Services Administration as a Program Analyst, progressing from GS7 to GS14, from 1997 to 2009.
